amazing beachfront getaway!

attentive staff great rooms amazing facilities really good care

the staff were attentive. the complex offers great rooms and amazing facilities. i want to especially thank the staff who really were great too take care of me .

i found the cleanliness could be improved in some public areas, especially the staircases and some areas around the pool, this needs some focus.

there are three pools including one just for adults, perfect for relaxation. water is offered complimentary in ice boxes, a very nice touch. many lifeguards ensure safety at each pool area.

super clean room prompt delivery smooth dining

i found the housekeeping perfect. firoz ensured our room was super clean and fully stocked, especially with water. rohit was prompt with luggage delivery and always had a smile. the front desk manager at the east restaurant was very friendly and made dining seamless.

the dinner options leaned heavily toward international cuisine. as someone who prefers flavorful indian dishes, i found the choices somewhat limited. i expected more variety to cater to diverse palates.
